Booking Policies
Things every client should know when booking!
Shae, the hairstylist has been making a breakthrough in the industry with star quality hairstyles since 2000. I make sure my customers are informed about the latest changes and improvements being made in order to create the best possible client- beautician relationship(s).
Deposits
ALL appointments require a Non-Refundable security deposit in order to reserve desired appointment slot.

$20 Deposit (for all styles under $100)
$30 Deposit (for all styles $100 and up)

**All deposits are applied to the style price. Balance is due at the end of service on the appointment day**

Lateness
There is a $10 LATE fee assessed to ALL clients that arrive late but within grace period.
ALL clients get a 15 minute grace period.

**If client does NOT arrive with the grace period time frame; THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED!!**
Miscellaneous
NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS (squeeze in appointments based on availability with $30 fee Additional to style price)
No children or extra people allowed Unless being serviced
The style that you book can NOT be changed the day of your appointment. Any style changes must be requested at least 48 hrs prior to the appointment day in order to assure the style can be completed without interfering with appointments to follow.
All appointments being paid with "Cash App" will be charged a $2 service fee
Any appointment being booked within 24hrs before desired appointment day/time MUST be booked by 9pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!
